In my practice, I offer psychological psychotherapy (cognitive behavioral therapy) as well as psychological coaching. Mindfulness-based and body-oriented methods from yoga and breathwork can also be integrated into the therapy.

This creates a holistic approach that can support you in developing more clarity, stability, and inner balance.
