15-minute free introductory consultation: In this conversation, we will discuss your concerns and the framework of our sessions.

Sessions weekly or bi-weekly (online, also possible on-site in Berlin Mitte upon request): My sessions often begin with a short breathing exercise, and depending on personal preference , we will incorporate further elements from yoga and similar practices.
